Shipping policy
Once you have approved your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail.
If the product is in stock, estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days.
Our packages can be easily tracked and you will be notified both via SMS and email, provided that these are correctly specified.
We send our shipments via Postnord.
Untriggered packages
The package is at Posten's delivery point for two weeks.
Should the package not be picked up, the goods will be returned to us.
For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge costs for return shipping, the amount depends on the size of the package.
Transport responsibility
Farbrorns Media is responsible for any damaged or lost goods during transport to the customer as long as the customer indicates this upon delivery / collection, it must be documented at Postnord. It is the customer's responsibility to make the complaint within the time interval Postnord requires. The customer must also be responsible for ensuring that packaging and images are available for any complaints at least 30 days after the claim has been initiated.
The customer is responsible for the product during any return.
